Man’s Moves So Smooth Women Jealous To Dance With Him

July 11th, 2019

Not all of us were born with a dancing bone in our bodies. Yet, even so, most would agree that watching talented dancers perform is very entertaining, to say the least.

During a swing dance competition in Phoenix, John Lindo and Stephanie Batista took the floor with the hopes of bringing home the title.

Little did the crowd know they were in for a real treat of a performance.

Everyone may have been wondering how the couple was going to do. John is a larger man, and maybe not the first vision you’d have when it comes to being a champion dancer.

But as they say, don’t judge a book by its cover.

Finally, the music began – and that’s when John and Stephanie broke out their fancy footwork.

John moved smoothly to the song “Soul Serenade,” with Stephanie cooly doing the same. He swung her around as the onlookers howled from the sidelines. Together they were like silk – not to mention, quite amazing!

And the commenters couldn’t agree more letting their opinions be known about him saying:

All I can say is WOW!!!! Would love to dance with this man!!!”

and:

I wanna dance with John Lindo . . . am loving this guys’s dancing . . .

At one point, John even seductively and confidently shakes his rump for the crowd. He was letting his hair down, that’s for sure!

Gliding across the floor, the pair had their competitors mesmerized. John effortlessly spun his partner around – and Stephanie herself lit up like a shining star.

But then, everything went to a whole new level.

As the music changed to more contemporary, so did the duo’s swing dance performance.

John and Stephanie’s routine sped up while “Damaged” by Danity Cane played in the background. Their sultry dance reached new heights with moves that had audience members cheering from their seats.

They were on fire and the crowd loved them. Most importantly though, it’s obvious they were having fun.

Unsurprisingly, John and Stephanie’s routine actually made them the Phoenix champions that year! The video of their swing performance also went viral, and now has nearly nine million views on YouTube alone.

John’s a great example of someone who’s worked hard to achieve his dream – all while proving it’s not a cookie-cutter world. He started out country-western dancing in the early 90s, eventually becoming a champion in the genre of swing.

On John Lindo’s website, he is described as:

“…an International Award-winning West Coast Swing Dance Champion & Instructor. He is a man of style, grace, and humor. Above all, he is one of the most joyful advocates of the dance.”

The internet too had a lot of praises for John and Stephanie in regards to their incredible routine.

“WOW!!! WHAT AMAZING PERFORMANCE by the COUPLE!!! I LOVE IT, VERY SURPRISING AND UNEXPECTED. WELL DONE!!!”

Another commenter wrote:

“I have watched this at least 100 times, never get tired of the power of these 2, awesome footwork and moves. :)”

Other people loved John’s confidence, encouraging others to follow.

“Love it.. and just goes to show yet again.. doesnt matter what size you are.. get out there and strut ya stuff!! woohoo.. enjoy life :0”

Whether you’re someone who can dance, or just like to marvel over other people’s abilities – it’s an unforgettable performance that will have you grooving along.

Kind of like the rebellious couple in our other article, who blew the crowd out of the water with their lively swing dance.

Please SHARE this with your friends and family.
