For 30 long years, this woman believed that she had lost her precious baby, until a twist of fate led her to a shocking discovery.
Tina Bejarano was only 17 years old when she found out that she was pregnant, her mother forbid her to keep her baby but she didn’t agree. At a very young age, Tina wanted to keep her baby.
“The next day, she comes back to tell me, ‘The baby died 15 minutes after it was born. It never made it. It was sick,” Tina shares how her mother told her the heartbreaking news.
Tina was devastated because she loved her baby girl so much but she didn’t even get the chance to hold her and from then on, Tina grieved the loss of her child. Tina’s husband, Eric Gardere also grieved the loss of the baby girl even if he wasn’t the biological father of the child.
Together, Tina and Eric have been celebrating the birthday of their baby girl who they believed is now an angel.
“It was a hard time every year.”
“She would go into major depression,” shared Eric on Fox 26.
It is heart wrenching to even imagine how the couple felt each time they remembered their child.
One day, Tina received an email from a 29-year old man named Kristin. He had some very shocking news to Tina and Eric.
“I think we need to talk, it says we’re related, and it says you’re my mom.”
The plot twist of this story may looked like it came from a soap opera script but it’s definitely real!
Her long-lost child, her baby whom she loved so dearly is alive!
He is now 29 years old, living in New Jersey with a beautiful wife and an adorable baby.
Instead of a daughter, Tina now has a son and she is now a grandmother!

Because of a DNA test, Kristin found out who his biological mother was and shared that five days after his birth, he was adopted by a loving family and he was raised in Las Vegas.
Kristin is now in the process of transitioning and lives in New Jersey with a family of his own.
“I don’t care. I don’t care if he’s in transition. I don’t care if he hasn’t transitioned. I don’t care. That’s my kid.” We’re just glad he’s alive,” Tina shared teary-eyed.
As Kristin was growing up, he has been wondering who his biological mother was and what could have been her reason for giving him up and all those years, there was a mother who has been grieving her child’s death.
A mother and a child, both longing for each other, separated by selfish reasons now has a second chance of being together.
For several months after their first email, Tina and Eric have been constantly communicating with Kristin, and have built a strong relationship that neither of them even expected.
Next month, Kristin and his family will visit Tina and Eric.
Mother and son will finally meet. No more heartache for this mother and child – only fun and happy memories to share.
“Looking at him just makes me want to cry.”
