Celebrities are always up to something on social media. If they’re not throwing shade at each other or coming up with clever clap backs to said shade, they’re sharing thirst trap photos and tweeting @ politicians. Well, Dolly Parton just switched it up and started a new viral trend. And honestly, it couldn’t be better.
She posted a tweet with the caption “Get you a woman who can do it all” featuring four epic photos of herself, each under a heading for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Tinder. Needless to say, other celebrities loved it and hopped on board pretty quickly. It’s called the #DollyPartonChallenge and we are here for it.
I’m just going to say it – this is iconic.
Oh my gosh those matching jammies!
Absolutely slaying in the Instagram pic. I just hit the follow button.
She went next level with a full suite of gifs that seem to perfectly sum up her wild personality.
And she captioned it with “Follow me on Tinder”, which legitimately could not be better.
If you’re telling me you didn’t have to do a triple take of her Tinder pic, I don’t believe you.
The popular sitcom only posted one of the character’s versions of the challenge, but between you and me, I think they chose the best one.
For those who haven’t yet watched the hilarious series, Bumpkin = Tinder.
Miley was one of the first to jump on the trend, and hailed Dolly for shouting out social media platforms that she doesn’t even use. Apparently Dolly still has a flip phone?!
Miley actually blessed us with a second one. A Hannah Montanna edition!
I mean… if he put those all on Tinder that would work too.
I am living for that Tinder photo.
Scandalous Tinder, Gordon! Is it hot in here?
I love that Tom Cruise is his go-to friend to pose with for Facebook. Are they tight? Am I missing something?
That Tinder pic will certainly pull a lot of interesting matches!
The queen of Twitter showed up being entirely self-aware, as usual.
She replaced the Facebook square with Twitter, and included a hilarious video clip of her and John on the red carpet. I love it.
This is wholesome.
Somehow an entire TV show managed to pull off a hilarious #DollyPartonChallenge
(Who knew this show had it’s own Instagram handle?)
This might be the best challenge that’s ever happened to the internet.
I’ve never seen Terry Crews look any different from this, so it checks out.
These guy went totally off-script, snubbed Facebook, and replaced it with Twitter.
Ouch! Sorry Mark.
Nick Jonas’ wife, Priyanka, took the opportunity to promote her new investment company – Bumble Bizz.
Could you tell?
The Instagram ones kills me!! True though.
Okay so I don’t think she really did it right… or maybe I’m missing something. But somehow it still had me folded over with laughter.
I love that LinkedIn and Tinder are somehow the most similar.
Yassssss Reba. A fantastic selection.
“Luke… I Am Your Profile.”
I’m surprised she didn’t include that viral Oscars selfie!
Can we please talk about the fact that her daughter had an avocado cake for her birthday?
I identify 100% with her Instagram photo. I sobbed for 2 whole episodes of This Is Us.
Good to see she’s enjoying her life though!
!?!? This is perfection.
Even her LinkedIn profile photo is steamy!
Fire! I hope that last Tinder pic doesn’t cause a “Scandal“. (sorry).
Why did he have to use a Shutterstock image of… his own face?! What is Twittinder?! I have too many questions.
I resemble Conan’s Instagram style. I like it.
But… why is his LinkedIn so weird and his Facebook so straightedge though?
That Facebook pic is such a flex, I love it!
At least his Tinder photo is… honest? Myspace is bringing up all kinds of memories right now. He didn’t have to do that, but he did.
Somehow Twilight still has an active Twitter account. But t0 be fair, I would follow Edward Cullen on all of these platforms. Especially hittin’ that right swipe.
So far, no post on behalf of Bella.
That LinkedIn profile isn’t exactly selling him as an enthusiastic employee… but good luck out there!
