- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 3 subs cut in half (use dinner rolls and double the recipe for sliders and party appetizers)
- 2 Tblsp. of Olive Oil
- 1 minced medium onion
- 2 minced cloves of garlic (more if you happen to be AWESOME and LOVE garlic)
- 2/3rds of a Cup of Sour Cream
- 1 Tblsp. Worcestershire Suace
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 each chopped Bell Pepper and Tomatoes
- 1 1/2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar or Provolone cheese (or any other tasty cheese to hand)
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Once you have everything you’ll need gathered into one place, it’s time to get down to the saucy business of whipping up your beef stroganoff.
You can start by preheating your oven to 350° and laying your sliced subs or sliders on a baking sheet. If you want a meal that’s even easier to clean up after, you can line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
