Online orders are generally wrought with risk depending on the vendor. Amazon’s usually solid, but even they get it wrong sometimes.
The best thing you can do is place your order and hope for the best. Generally, fragility and timing are the biggest online ordering concerns.
But sometimes, the completely unexpected happens… that package you received isn’t quite what you thought it’d be, or at least not what it appeared to be online.
Naturally, the coronavirus pandemic has led to a gigantic increase in online ordering volume. And naturally, the volume of online ordering flubs has increased as well.
