But it turns out that something most people use to make coffee can be just as vital to everyday life. It’s the coffee filter.
Most coffee filters come in packs of several hundred for only a couple of dollars. That means that they’re one of the cheapest things that people use. And when you see all of the great stuff that you can do with a coffee filter outside of coffee making, you’ll be even more amazed at how affordable they are!
Stop buying those expensive face blotting towels that remove oil from your face. Just cut up some coffee filters into fourths. Use them as you would use the store bought ones.
Sometimes paper towels and cotton balls don’t hold up. Use coffee filters to remove your nail polish. They are more durable when it comes to getting the job done.
Want to jazz up your sun tea? Infuse it with mint, lemons, or berries. You can put these items in a coffee filter and tie it up like a tea bag so you don’t have to go fishing out your infusion ingredients when you want to drink your tea.
Tomatos are great on sandwiches. But they can also make them soggy. Prevent this by wrapping your sandwich in a coffee filter before placing it in a sandwich bag.
