14-year-old Jack Vidgen might be young, but don’t judge him because of his age or stature. This Australian boy can sing!

While it’s unusual to see a boy with his talent seem shy, Jack grew up with huge stage fright. Every time he’d try to sing in public, he would get nervous and would not showcase his full potential. However, as time passed, his family created a wonderful support system that eventually inspired Jack and instilled the necessary confidence in him to audition of Australia’s Got Talent.

In the video below, Jack steps on the national stage at Australia’s Got Talent for the first time and auditions in front of the judges. He’s been waiting for this special moment his whole life, and Jack reveals to the judges that he sings for his Dad, who suffers from multiple sclerosis. Jack states that he wants to make his Dad proud with his singing, and after you hear him, there’s no doubt in my mind that he accomplished that.

Singing Whitney Houston’s “I Have Nothing,” the judges are blown away from this boy’s perfectly-pitched voice. One judge even runs on stage to give him a kiss because of his talent!
