A female bartender in Arizona fell victim to an occurrence all too familiar to many women around the world: the unwelcome touch of a disrespectful man.

Krystal Olsen, 32, was bartending in Arizona during a popular weekend when she was accosted by a local man who had been ordering drinks, according to the Daily Mail. The man then reached up Olsen’s skirt and grabbed her rear end, which in addition to the act being assault, it made Olsen quite mad.

It’s what she did next that ended up going viral. Olsen put the man in a chokehold and dragged him out of the bar by herself, making sure that not only was the man removed, but it was Olsen herself doing the evicting.

But as if the man felt he hadn’t done enough damage, he also slammed Olsen up against a wall during the altercation. With the help of the bar’s security team, Olsen subdued the man and called the police.

The man was apparently upset at the way things turned out and began crying when he realized he was likely heading to jail.

Olsen posted a picture of his crying face to her personal Twitter account with the following caption: “This guy grabbed my a**, I dragged him out in a chokehold, he slammed me into a wall. And he is crying like a b**** when he got arrested.”

The post, particularly the photo, quickly went viral. Many women offered their condolences and shared experiences of their own with overzealous and predatory men.

Olsen, who is originally from New York, described how the security team was slightly amused at the tough East Coast nature of Olsen, chuckling at the fact that she “went all New York on his a**.”

Several women commended Olsen for matching the man’s aggressiveness with a physical response of her own.

“If more men got their a**** beat for for harassing/assaulting women they’d learn quickly that a woman’s body belongs to no one but herself,” wrote one commenter, quoting Olsen’s tweet.

“I have three daughters,” wrote one concerned parent. “I hope they do the same.”

“You are awesome and I want my daughter to grow up to be just like you,” offered another user. Many sentiments regarding Olsen’s incident were overwhelmingly supportive.

Some people thought Olsen’s actions were a bit severe, but others reminded them of the severity of sexual assault and the right to defend oneself in the event of a physical altercation.

Olsen was unharmed after the incident, but the man certainly found himself in a world of hurt.
